Terms and Policies

Every writing exchange must be done in politeness, respect and patience.

Any purchase/commission done considers acceptance of these terms

Payment :

PayPal only (Bank account transfer only available for French)
Currency €
Time payment are available over 70 €. Payment should be sent the same day each month. Each payment is not refundable.
No refunds are made (except by post office for insured packages)
Sale reservation must be 20% of the final price (non-refundable)
Payment for commission: 50% (minimum) before I begin. If you sent me a valuable horse payment could be done after I am done.
I can do exchange against a Resin horses that please me (must be located in Europe)

- Europe : 15 € (insurance included)

- France : 8€ (via la poste)

No copy of my previous work or other works are made
Every horse I create is delivered with a CoA
For each commission you need to provide pictures of what you want and be the more precise in your description and reference pictures. Take note that every horse will be slightly different from each reference, as I have my artistry “paste” particularly with heavy white pattern or intricate coat.
If you do not pay me or send your horse, I will not book you for a commission.
Rejection or cancel on order:

- Payment terms are not respected

- Lake of politeness or being ghosted

- I don’t fell like I will be able to do a satisfying coat for the client (decision made before the booking)

Repair: - because of shipping: free + shipping cost (proof should be given within 24h after receiving)

- because of accident: the price will depend of the repair + shipping

I can refuse it if I don’t have time or the repairs leads to a completely new paint job.
Do not make changes or repairs without my consent. If a repair is not done by myself, the piece can’t be sold with my name as it is no longer my work’s representation.
